Swiss and Bacon Squares
2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 cup cold water
1 - 8 oz. package Swiss Cheese Slices
1 pound bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Mix biscuit & water until soft dough forms, stir vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth into a ball on a flour covered cloth. Knead 10 times. Pat this into the dish with floured hands, pressing 1/2 inch up the dish sides. Top with cheese slices, overlapping slices is ok, then sprinkle with cooked crumbled bacon. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl & pour over the bacon. Bake until a knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 servings.
