| Easy Strawberry Preserves |
3 - 16oz containers strawberries, hulled & sliced
3/4 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoon lemon juice |
| Place all ingredients in a 5 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium - low and simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes, stirring frequently to make sure the mixture doesn''t burn. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month. Makes 4 cups - |
